The business including the brand name, clientele and production plant is currently valued at between 1.2million and 1.5 million euros.
It is offered at a bargain price as follows.

A. For cash sale at 500,000.00 euros.

B. For developing the business with a strategic investor that will inject at least 300,000.00 and will receive a majority shareholding in a new company that will own the business.

C. For subletting at 10,000.00 euros monthly and a 50,000.00 euros deposit or 10% of the turnover.
