The building is leased for 15 years with an option to extend for another 15 years at a low monthly rent of 3,600.00 euros. The current total fixed costs of the unit which include the rent total approximately 7,000.00 euros.

Depending on the product mix and the distribution channels the total plant production capacity in three shifts is estimated at between 20-30 million euros annual turnover returning a gross profit margin of between 45%-55%.

Automation of certain production areas may further increase the annual turnover and profitability significantly.
